1. Where do we ship from?
All SHOWSUN products are manufactured in China and dispatched directly from our factory or nearest fulfillment center.
2. Lead Time & Delivery Estimates
• Most destinations: 4–6 weeks from order date
• Europe: 8–10 weeks
These are estimates only. Warehouse or carrier capacity may occasionally extend the timeframe. If your order cannot be delivered within 90 days, we will:
a) notify you;
b) automatically cancel the order; and
c) issue a full refund.
3. Rush Orders / Event Deadlines
We cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date. Please place your order well in advance of critical deadlines. Orders in transit cannot be refunded; they must first be returned to us for refund processing.
4. Shipping Cost
Standard worldwide shipping is FREE on every order.

5. Shipping Address
• Double-check your address before submitting the order.
• SHOWSUN is not liable for lost or mis-delivered packages caused by incorrect addresses.
• Address changes after dispatch incur a carrier re-routing fee. We will invoice you the exact amount charged by the carrier.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Mis-delivered Packages
• Signature service is available upon request.
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel:
– Allow one additional business day; most parcels appear the next day.
– If still missing, you must open a trace/claim with the carrier within 7 days of the delivery scan. SHOWSUN requires a copy of the completed trace before issuing a replacement or refund.
• Items damaged or lost in transit will be replaced at no extra cost once the carrier confirms the loss.
7. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
Carriers typically attempt delivery once. If no one is available, the parcel may be held locally for pickup or returned to us. In either case:
• Any return-shipping fee charged to SHOWSUN will be invoiced to you before we resend.
• If you choose to cancel instead, a 30 % restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover outbound and return shipping.
8. Destination-Specific Details
United States & Canada
• UPS door-to-door, 20–30 days (US) / 28–40 days (CA)
• Import duties & taxes prepaid by SHOWSUN.
Australia
• China Post Air Parcel: 25–50 days
• EMS upgrade: 5–20 days + handling
• Some made-to-order items may require up to 12 weeks.
Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, BE, AT, DK, SE, CH, etc.)
• Royal Mail or UPS door-to-door, 28–60 days
• Import duties & taxes prepaid by SHOWSUN for standard shipping channels.
• To avoid unexpected duties, always choose the standard shipping option for GB, BE, PL, ES, DE, LU, AT, SE, HU.
UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait
• China–Middle East air/sea line: 10–35 days.
Russia
• China–Russia Special Line: 10–30 days.

9. Import Duties, VAT & Customs
Most parcels clear customs without additional charges. Should customs request paperwork, we will cooperate with you to provide it. Any eventual import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10. Handling Time
• Standard items: 1–10 business days.
• Customized or special-order items: add 3–4 business days.
11. Countries & Regions We Do NOT Ship To
Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Georgia, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Nepal, Oman, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen, all African countries, all South American countries, and certain Pacific islands.
