All Items sold on this website are Free Shipping to United States. 

Shipping Method

Standard shipping method is door to door by sea. If you want to change sea shipping to air shipping, additional freight cost may be charged. 

Order Processing Time

Generally, all orders will be shipped in 2 to 4 weeks depending on specific order. We will inform you of the time once receiving your order. 

Shipping Time

Shipping time takes 30-60 days depending on the destination. We will inform you the approximate shipping time after receiving your order. If you need to receive the order before a specific date, please contact us prior to order.

For whichever shipping situation, it may have delay due to uncontrollable reasons like public holiday, natural disaster, customs inspection and clearance. If your order is delayed, please contact us at service@showsunlighting.com. We will follow up the situation with shipping company and give you update in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Please email us at service@showsunlighting.com if you decide to cancel the order. 

Order Tracking

You will be provided with a tracking number afte the item is delivered. It may take 1-2 days to update the tracking information on logistics website.

Tax and Duty

Import tax and duty are included in the sales price. You do no need to pay any other tariffs.
