Shipping Method
The product price corresponds to the "item itself" plus "basic logistics delivery."
Showsun offers free shipping on all orders. Please make sure that the shipping address you fill in is accurate.
Basic Delivery Model: The carrier is responsible for delivering the crate to the front driveway of the property (or wherever the truck can park). If the item’s dimensions are 84 inches or less, unloading is included. If the item you ordered exceeds 84 inches, unloading is not included.
The "White Glove" service—which includes professional unpacking, assembly, placement, and removal of packaging materials—is a separate, optional value-added service.
Order Processing Time
Generally, all orders will be shipped in 2 to 4 weeks depending on specific order. We will inform you of the time once receiving your order.
Shipping Time
Shipping time takes 30-60 days depending on the destination. We will inform you the approximate shipping time after receiving your order. If you need to receive the order before a specific date, please contact us prior to order.
For whichever shipping situation, it may have delay due to uncontrollable reasons like public holiday, natural disaster, customs inspection and clearance. If your order is delayed, please contact us at service@showsunlighting.com. We will follow up the situation with shipping company and give you update in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Please email us at service@showsunlighting.com if you decide to cancel the order.
Order Tracking
You will be provided with a tracking number afte the item is delivered. It may take 1-2 days to update the tracking information on logistics website.
Tax and Duty
Import tax and duty are included in the sales price. You do no need to pay any other tariffs.
