All SHOWSUN products are manufactured in China and dispatched directly from our factory or nearest fulfillment center.
2. Lead Time & Delivery Estimates
• Most destinations: 4–6 weeks from order date
• Europe: 8–10 weeks
These are estimates only. Warehouse or carrier capacity may occasionally extend the timeframe. If your order cannot be delivered within 90 days, we will:
a) notify you;
b) automatically cancel the order; and
c) issue a full refund.
3. Rush Orders / Event Deadlines
We cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date. Please place your order well in advance of critical deadlines. Orders in transit cannot be refunded; they must first be returned to us for refund processing.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Mis-delivered Packages
• Signature service is available upon request.
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel:
– Allow one additional business day; most parcels appear the next day.
– If still missing, you must open a trace/claim with the carrier within 7 days of the delivery scan. SHOWSUN requires a copy of the completed trace before issuing a replacement or refund.
• Items damaged or lost in transit will be replaced at no extra cost once the carrier confirms the loss.
7. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
Carriers typically attempt delivery once. If no one is available, the parcel may be held locally for pickup or returned to us. In either case:
• Any return-shipping fee charged to SHOWSUN will be invoiced to you before we resend.
• If you choose to cancel instead, a 30 % restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover outbound and return shipping.

9. Import Duties, VAT & Customs
Most parcels clear customs without additional charges. Should customs request paperwork, we will cooperate with you to provide it. Any eventual import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

SHOWSUN wants you to love every light you buy. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

3. How to Start a Return
Step 1 – Contact Us
Within 30 days of delivery, email service@showsunlighting.com or WhatsApp +86-15876028948 with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return & clear photos (if damaged/defective)
Step 2 – Receive Authorisation
We will reply within 1 business day with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and the return address.
Step 3 – Ship the Item Back
• Pack the product in its original carton with all accessories and documentation.
• Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
• Use a trackable shipping method and insure the parcel; SHOWSUN is not responsible for packages lost in transit to us.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).
4. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive and inspect the return we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear.

• The item shows signs of use beyond normal inspection.
• Original packaging is missing or damaged.

6. Exchanges

The goods are generally delivered to the address you provided within 30 to 60 days after payment. The delivery time may vary for different products. You can inquire online with our staff after selecting your desired lighting fixtures in the store, and we will provide you with the logistics time required for the specific products.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. All returns must have prior authorization and meet return requirements. Any return without authorization is not qualified for a refund.
Return Requirements:
- In brand new conditions.
- In their original box and packing materials.
- Consist of all parts and accessories received.
Return Procedure
- Please contact us first at service@showsunlighting.com to initiate a return, explaining the reasons.
- Please return the item to the address given by us after your return request is accepted.
- Please send us pictures of the inside and outside of the package before shipping out to approve it is in the original condition.
- Please use the same logistics we used to send you the product to return the item.
- Please give us tracking number after the item is shipped out.
Note:
If the return is due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please send photos or videos to us for verification within 48 hours, we will cover the return shipping cost in this case. However, if the return is due to customer's reason, for example: don't like the product, change his/ her mind, order the wrong size etc, you need pay for the return shipping cost and any other fees caused by return. And the shipping cost we paid for delivering the item to you will also be deducted from the refund.

Refund
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected. If the item is in its original package, unused, undamaged, no part or accessory is missing, the refund will be processed in 1-3 business days at the same payment method as the original route. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund is completed. Generally you will receive the refund in 3-7 business days. If you don't receive the refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.
Conditions Unqualified for Refund
We will not be able to provide a refund for any of the following reasons.
- Returned item is damaged.
- Returned item has missing part.
- Returned item has scratch or other quality issues.
To avoid these issues, please ensure the safety of package and use good reliable logistic company when you return the item.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like installed items, on sale items, customized items, damaged items caused by customers.
Exchange of Goods
