All SHOWSUN products are manufactured in China and dispatched directly from our factory or nearest fulfillment center.

• Most destinations: 4–6 weeks from order date
• Europe: 8–10 weeks
These are estimates only. Warehouse or carrier capacity may occasionally extend the timeframe. If your order cannot be delivered within 90 days, we will:
a) notify you;
b) automatically cancel the order; and
c) issue a full refund.
3. Rush Orders / Event Deadlines
We cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date. Please place your order well in advance of critical deadlines. Orders in transit cannot be refunded; they must first be returned to us for refund processing.

– If still missing, you must open a trace/claim with the carrier within 7 days of the delivery scan. SHOWSUN requires a copy of the completed trace before issuing a replacement or refund.
• Items damaged or lost in transit will be replaced at no extra cost once the carrier confirms the loss.
7. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
Carriers typically attempt delivery once. If no one is available, the parcel may be held locally for pickup or returned to us. In either case:
• Any return-shipping fee charged to SHOWSUN will be invoiced to you before we resend.
• If you choose to cancel instead, a 30 % restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover outbound and return shipping.

3. How to Start a Return
Step 1 – Contact Us

Step 2 – Receive Authorisation
We will reply within 1 business day with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and the return address.
Step 3 – Ship the Item Back
• Pack the product in its original carton with all accessories and documentation.
• Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
• Use a trackable shipping method and insure the parcel; SHOWSUN is not responsible for packages lost in transit to us.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).
4. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive and inspect the return we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear.

• The item shows signs of use beyond normal inspection.

Our nostalgia-themed diner focuses on 1950s American retro style. Before, the lighting was "warm enough, but lacked a core highlight to 'anchor' the retro ambiance". Until we installed this Rococo French Empire chandelier — when all 37 warm lights are on, the light and shadow diffused by the brass carvings and blue glaze in the diner make the whole space "gain a soul instantly"! I must let the furniture also undertake the "retro luxury" created by this lamp, and strive to turn the diner into a true "time capsule", so that from the moment guests push the door to sit down, every detail feels like recreating that golden age~
When renovating our club’s 5.5-meter-high lobby, the core goal was "finding a chandelier that doubles as a 'social calling card' — and this 71×98-inch Rococo masterpiece directly became the 'hall treasure'! The collision of warm brass gold and deep central blue glaze, hung in the center of the marble-floored lobby, instantly sets the tone for "neoclassical luxury". When 37 dimmable LEDs turn on, the light spots refracted by crystals (or brass if no crystals) dance on the velvet sofas, and even the most discerning members praise, "Standing under this lamp, every casual photo is a 'high-end social shot'." When the physical lamp arrived, the design team compared it to promotional photos repeatedly, concluding that "the details are more vivid than HD images": the hand-hammered texture on brass is clear up close, and there’s no rough edge at the junction of blue glaze and gold decorations. A craftsman said, "It took four months just to refine the carvings of this lamp."
