Renovating the lobby of a century-old hot spring inn, wanted a touch of modernity. The lines of this Chinese chandelier unexpectedly harmonized with the traditional post-and-beam structure. Shipped from Qingdao Port to Yokohama without issue. The light's minimalist design is excellent, but the packaging contained a lot of foam plastic—typical in China, but it took a bit extra time for our garbage sorting and disposal.
I sell this light in my high-end home decor store in Moscow. Sourcing directly from Guangzhou, China, even with freight and duties, leaves a substantial profit margin. Russian clients highly appreciate its quality. The only minor hassle is that we had to commission the Russian translation of the e-manual ourselves, as the manufacturer only provides Chinese and English.
Built a mansion for Chinese immigrant clients who specifically requested this fine craftsmanship from their homeland. Shipped from Shanghai Port to Vancouver; customs clearance was handled by the manufacturer's freight forwarder—very hassle-free. The fixture itself is perfect, but the mounting bolts are metric sized, requiring us to source matching tools locally in Canada. Not a major issue.
Used this light uniformly in the lobby and show flats of our high-end apartment project. The Chinese factory added moisture-proofing for the tropical climate. Shipping to Singapore was very fast. A few owners mentioned the phone app interface could be more stylish, but all functions are stable.
Renovating a 16th-century manor, originally planned to order chandeliers from Austria. Accidentally found this Chinese design, surprisingly fitting in style. Procured through a Hong Kong trading company, saving 60% of the budget. Needed to buy an additional transformer meeting UK standards for installation—a small extra step, but entirely worth it.
